Refund Policy:

Downtown Dance Center will issue refunds for the following circumstances:

• Costume payments: will be refunded to any student that chooses not to attend class before costumes are ordered in January. any student that stops attending class after costumes are ordered will not receive a costume refund.

• Semi-annual payments: if a child chooses to not attend class after a parent pays the semi-annual payment, a refund for the classes that they did not attend will be issued.

• Monthly tuition: is not refundable unless a payment is made for an incorrect amount.
